Pelvic Gynaecological Minimal Access Surgery - Live operating course
Course overview:
This two day course is intended to demonstrate live surgical operating to any clinican in training or consultant level or for surgical care practitioners who are undertaking or seeking to develop their minimal access surgical skills.
Target audience:
Obstetric & Gynaecology trainees, consultants and surgical care practitioners. Places are limited to 40.
Course topics include:
- Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy
- Pelvic Lymphadenectomy
- Demonstration of Pelvic Sidewall Anatomy
- Intra-corporeal Suturing
- Radical surgery for Endometriosis
- Ureteric Stenting during complex gynaecological surgery
A simulation laboratory will also be available for demonstrations and hands-on practice.
