The James Cook Regional Anaesthesia Course
The James Cook Regional Anaesthesia Course is a comprehensive 2 day course covering:
Demonstrations of relevant anatomy to regional anaesthetists on cadavers by anatomy lecturers
Small group teaching (4 - 5 delegates per instructor) with simultaneous cadaveric teaching and scanning on volunteers at each station
Hands-on learning of needle techniques on phantoms
Lecturers on updates such as lipid rescue and paediatric regional anaesthesia
Opportunity to discuss tips and tricks with international experts in ultrasound regional anaesthesia
Approved by the RCA for 10 CPD points and approved by ESRA for 1 point in Cadaveric Category and for 2 points in hands-on workshops category.
