Upon booking on a conference or course you agree to the following cancellations policy, please read carefully prior to booking onto an event.
Notification of cancellations must be sent via-email
The following charges will be applicable upon cancellation of a course.
0 to 14 days prior to an event - no refund
15 to 28 days prior to an event - 50% refund will be given
29 days prior to an event - full refund minus ?10 administration charge
If you are attending an event which is free of charge and you fail to attend without notification you will be charged a ?10 admin fee.
The conferences and courses department reserve the right to cancel any event at short notice if it becomes necessary to do so. In that event you would be notified as soon as possible and advised of an alternative date(s) and given the option to transfer onto another event at no extra charge. If you decide to withdraw your booking, a full refund would apply, however, no reimbursement would be given for any travelling expenses you may have incurred.

We do not deliver items you are required to attend a conference/course at the specified venue.
