Mandatory Training Courses

The trust has a legal and statutory requirement to provide all staff with mandatory training which must be recorded and reported on a monthly basis, these figures are commonly called the compliance report.  All staff are responsible to comply with this requirement and non compliance may result in a breach of the trusts code of conduct.

Individuals are required to complete all of their mandatory training, including the core seven which is reported upon and included in the compliance report:

  • Dignity at work
  • Fire safety
  • Health and safety
  • Infection, prevention and control
  • Information governance
  • Safeguarding adults
  • Safeguarding children
