The conferences and courses team are able to provide the following to manage your event:

 

Venue sourcing and liaison

We will find the right venue at the right price and liaise with the venue staff to ensure you get an excellent service.  Venues inlcude academic institutions, conference centres, hotels, specialist venues e.g. surgical skills laboratories, clinical areas.

 

Marketing and distribution

We will design flyers, marketing literature and journal advertisements which will be used to distribute through the most appropriate channels e.g. mailing lists, journal advertisements, press and media.

 

Delegates

Register and process all delegate applications and provide regular updates on attendees and numbers.  We respond to all enquiries and questions ensuring all delegates are kept up to date with information.

 

Design

Provide professional coordinated literature, such as badges, certificates, forms, directional signs and delegate packs, which can incorporate logos and colour schemes.

 

Payment

If your event is fee based, we will record and process all payments (cheques, invoices, direct transfers, credit cards, online payments).

 

Speakers

We will look after your speakers and all their travel requirements, accommodation and audio-visual requirements.

 

Accreditation

We will apply for relevant accreditation and ensure delegates receive a ceretificate of attendance.

 

Sponsors / Exhibitors

We organise sponsors to raise revenue by selling exhibition space and ensure they are looked after on the day.

 

Catering and entertainment

We will work with the venue caterers to provide creative menus to suit your event and your budget, beering in mind delegates' dietary requirements.  We can organise conference dinners and entertainment if required.

 

Accommodation

Delegates requiring overnight accommodation, will be provided with local information on places to stay a special negiotiated rates.

 

Transport

We are able to organise conference transport from single journeys to coaches.

 

On site registration

We welcome delegates with a smile and make sure they have everything they need by providing an efficient, friendly and professional front of house service.
