Cancellations Policy

A strict cancellations policy is applicable to all events and is as follows:

Notification of cancellations can only be accepted if sent via-email and will incur the following charges:

Cancellations received between 0 to 14 days before the start date of an event no refund will be given
Cancellations received between 15 to 28 days before the start date of an event 50% refund will be given
Cancellations received 29 days or more prior to the start of an event a full refund will be given minus £10 admin charge

If you are attending an event which is free of charge and you fail to attend without notification you will be charge a £10 admin fee.

The conferences and courses department reserve the right to cancel any event at short notice if it becomes necessary to do so.  In that event you would be notified as soon as possible and advised of an alternative date(s) and given the option to transfer onto another event at no extra charge.  If you decide to withdraw your booking, a full refund would apply, however, no reimbursement would be given for any travelling expenses you may have incurred.
