Poster requirements

One of the authors must attend the conference to present the poster, answer questions and provide a 10 minute PowerPoint presentation if selected for one of the first three places
An abstract should be submitted with the poster for publication in the handbook
Places will be allocated for posters and wall fixing/adhesive material will be provided
Please provide the following:

                       1. Presenting author's contact details:

                                             Email address
                                             Full postal address
                                             Daytime and evening phone number

                      2. Author and co-authors' details -

                                             Full first and family name(s)
                                             Affiliation details: department, institution / hospital, city, country

                      3. Abstract text

                                            Insert text using single line spacing
                                            Smallest font size is Times New Roman 10-12 point font

                     4. Abstract Layout

                                            Abstracts must be submitted with the following sections:

                                                               Background and aims
                                                                Methods
                                                                Results
                                                                Conclusions
                                                                References

                     5. Poster Size and Layout

                                            All posters should be A0 size
                                            It is the author's responsibility to prepare the poster and submit an
                                            electronic copy of it before the deadline
