DELEGATE FEES
Ventilatory Workshop - £220 per delegtes includes workshop pack, lunch and refreshments
Neonatal Conference - £300 per delegate includes conference pack, lunch and refreshments
Ventialtory Workshop and Neonatal Conference - £450 per delegate and includes both packs, lunch and refreshments*

*  Early bird discount of £50 on attending both the workshop and conference if booked before 1 April 2011.
